Privacy Policy

1. Payment Policy:

‎• The payment made for swimming classes is non-refundable. Once registered, the payment will not be refunded.

‎• During the selected package, the student is allowed to miss one session, which will be replaced with a makeup class.

‎• If the student misses more than one class, the additional missed sessions will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

2. Safety and Hygiene Rules:

‎• Students must shower before entering the water.

‎• Wearing a swim cap is mandatory for all students, both boys and girls.

‎• If a student has a contagious illness or a medical condition that may affect the health of others, parents must inform the instructor before the class.

3. Punctuality and Delays:

‎• Students must arrive at the facility exactly 5 minutes before their scheduled class.

‎• After the class ends, no student is allowed to remain in the pool for playing or any other reason. Parents must pick up their child immediately after the class ends, as the next session will begin promptly.

‎• If a student arrives late, the missed time will not be added to the class, and there will be no makeup for the lost time.

4. Parking and Observing Order and Silence:

‎• Due to the limited parking space, parents are only allowed to park in the designated area a maximum of 5 minutes before class starts. Arriving earlier and stopping on the parking ramp is prohibited.

‎• Parking on the street, in front of the facility, or in front of other premises is strictly prohibited, as it causes congestion and disrupts the area.

‎• Parents and students must maintain silence and order when entering and leaving the parking area and the facility. Any loud noise or disturbance must be avoided to ensure a calm environment for others and the neighbors.

5. Use of Locker Rooms, Showers, and Personal Belongings:

‎• The allocated time for using the shower, changing clothes, and leaving the facility is between 5 and a maximum of 15 minutes.

‎• Students must bring all necessary personal items, including swimsuits, swim caps, goggles, flip-flops, and towels.

‎• The facility is not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal belongings.

6. Emergency Situations:

‎• In case of an emergency, such as a power outage or technical issues with the pool, the facility reserves the right to cancel the class, schedule a makeup session, and inform the students accordingly.

7. Communication with the Facility:

‎• Parents can contact the facility’s registered phone number to check on their child’s training status.

‎• For urgent matters, emergency situations, or any inquiries regarding the facility and swimming classes, parents can contact the facility via phone call, text message, or voice message.

‎• If there is no immediate response, messages will be reviewed, and a reply will be given as soon as possible.

8. Commitment to Rules:

‎• Enrolling in swimming classes implies full acceptance of all facility rules and regulations.

‎• Parents must read and sign these rules before making any payments.
